(executive) coaching
the coach accompanies his participants in all important issues/concerns. the attendee will be guided through, using a variety of methods and approaches to find the best solutions. therefore coaching should provide orientation as well as optimal handling in terms of strengths, barriers and obstacles

group coaching

group coaching offers participants the opportunity to develop new tactics and practices with regard to a clearly defined (strategic) orientation, to practice practical implementation and skills, to deal with resistance, obstacles and barriers and to cope with stressful situations. ideally the basis for a group coaching process are best practice topics.
