How we work
the integra4-trainer works interactively with the participants on the basis of their own interests. this means that we motivate the participants by means of precisely employed incentives to develop the required qualities. any missing abilities and skills will be supplemented by the trainer/the coach. this is done in a process-like manner and documented by a flip chart/pin board protocol, which is then made available to the participants.
